You missed one Sand, ...it could also have been caused by a major shareholder who was a former insider who dumped his shares into the market. Or it could have been Wessal dumping it's shares, or it could have been ...

There's a hole in your theory! If as you say the WS article couldn't have been read by too many shareholders ( which I believe is true ), then at Market Open at 9:30am Thursday there would NOT have been a backlog of sellers all wanting to get out at once!

I believe that certain MM's manipulated the opening price to .05 or whatever it was at open from .09 close, and the sudden drop to .01 was also manipulated, to PANIC the inexperienced shareholders... and it worked!

And then most of the shareholders would have seen the WS article later that morning, and it HELPED drive the panic!

IMO, this was a set-up raid on the shareholders, with the WS participating, knowingly or unknowingly.
