Airys, Please consider this: Before you waste time or money on pursuing the Windsor Star, think about the timing. The crash happened at 9:30am on Nov 16th. Do you really think that all the shareholders, as a whole, knew about the article already? Come on. That crash was either orchestrated by the company itself (and its seedy friends), or else it was due to having missed a LONG awaited, double PR-confirmed, "date certain" audited financial statement.

The missing of the deadline didn't make things worse. It WAS the THE bad event itself. The WS made it worse, after the fact. It's more of a crutch for the company, if anything. Fact is, the COMPANY still hasn't atoned for missing the Nov 15th AF deadline.
