You really don’t understand what ISO 13485 means. It’s a management system. Go do some DD on it.
$85 million to get to FDA submission is one of many indications that this is not done.
We know software not done.
Cambridge now taking on development says not done, etc.
So the engineer who designed the new SPORT is out of a job? Why would he not go with the acquirer? That’s EXACTLY what Bajo did when Auris was acquired by JnJ..

I strongly disagree with your assessment that Titan does not still need a Director of R&D / Engineering...

BUT, I will say that Genova being open to new opportunities COULD mean that another company with an established R&D program may be getting ready to take over the reins at Titan. Time will tell.

ISO has nothing to do with the robot being done. Statements like that do not bode well for your credibility.
