Look, Sector 10 may have a rock solid case...I have never commented on that one way or another. It’s a contract dispute.

They just don’t have an actionable CIVIL RICO due to the Statute of Limitations. That doesn’t mean they don’t have a case, they just can’t pursue it as a RICO action.

The company likely knows this, so it is odd they seem to keep pushing a false narrative about it.

Let them stick to what it actually is...why the need to exaggerate it into something it can’t become?
