Convincing argument. After 3 years of holding my shares and educating myself about this case, this has convinced me to sell it all. oh wait, NOT.
Sorry anyone that has followed this board or this stock for any length of time knows what they're holding. Granted there are no guarantees in life, but this one certainly has the odds tipped in favor of the shareholders. With the culture of anti-corporate, anti-big business (which btw shouldn't have any factor in a court room but we all know does), if this goes to trial with a jury of 12 common people.. it's lights out for big business. Don't hate the players, hate the game.
