The Company came out and said there is no RS planned and there will be a share reduction in case you missed it. George is CEO at his company, we have our own at CUBV which will make his intro soon. George is just an advisor here. apples and oranges
$CUBV has no plans to execute a reverse split in the foreseeable future, however, we do envision significantly lowering the authorized number of shares concurrently with the upcoming name change and will likely return a significant number of common shares to treasury.
I’ve been following CUBV closely since Margaret Willett was appointed custodian of the CUBV shell back in June of 2019. To date, she and the company have done everything they said they were going to do. Actions speak louder than words and so far, all of there words have been followed by supporting actions.
Earlier this week, the company tweeted (paraphrasing)...AS and OS Reduction Coming, Name Change Coming, and NO Reverse Split.
Given Margaret’s history with CUBV, you can count on those words being followed by supporting actions.
