I see lot of red flags, something fishy this starting to remind me of LAHO, GFOX merger scam that got delisted. They are require to file an 8k of merger which there is non. Gerpang Healthcare was suppose to merge with another company last year. Trader loose money on 90% on penny junk. OTCQB, Nasdaq and Nyse stocks are safer.
