That is not what the filing says. The filing says the parties are working on a settlement, and so the hearings in the administrative proceeding have been stayed.

Presumably the settlement will be announced soon. Delinquency is not rocket science.

Based on what the SEC decided, their case is stayed if all matters were taken care of, in principle...

A stay of proceedings is a ruling by the court in civil and criminal procedure, halting further legal process in a trial or other legal proceeding. The court can subsequently lift the stay and resume proceedings based on events taking place after the stay is ordered.

As long as Grey Fox Holding complies (in principle), there is no reason for even thinking revocation.
