10 billion equates to nothing on the table to me. If someone was offering 5 billion, that too is like nothing on the table to mgt. I'm talking about serious offers! To that I still say there is probably nothing on the table.

So there is absolutely something on the table. Whether the BOD will agree to it is another thing, but making it out like there isnt is just dumb.
