Mmm... My thesis is more like " If he didn't see any more upside in COOP shares, he would dump his position, like he did, and would instead invest those proceeds in some other stock in which he sees a big upside"... I forget which stock he piled into aftr he exited out of COOP but there was a new article about it just bring up related news articles for 'COOP' by putting it in the ticker symbol on Yahoo Finance, and you'll find the article...
So, what I am saying is, he exited out of COOP, based on his own investment thesis... But I am not sure if that in itself will have any bearing really on whether that will "prevent COOP Exceutive leaderrship" from taking some monies 'away from WaMU Escrow Holders'...He doesn't have that power to influence the 'prevention'...that is more dependent upon whether MW, EC, SG & the SNH put in 'Real Teeth' in the "GSA Settlement" to 'prevent Escrow Holders Recoveries" from being 'siphoned off' by the 'other players' invited as 'partners' to enable the channeling back of the 'Safe harbor Assets' & 'Consummation of the PSA"...
