I actually ran into it on my scanner yesterday. I was looking for stocks under a penny with more than average volume. I was also looking for stocks with outstanding shares less than one billion.
A couple came up but after doing DD on this seemed like the most legit one that didn't have a shady history of law suits and SEC violations. I could be wrong as I didn't got to deep into it as this is penny land and 99% of them are scams.
The chart didn't look to bad so I got a couple of shares at .0081 but I only got partially filled. I'm going to try again on Tuesday.
