The rules for stock trading and promotion very hard in germany. I know it. I am coming from Germany. Brokers also not allowing otc trading. Maybe few 100 people trade otc stocks in Germany. No market for a pump. Fact is!! No one in Germany interesting for otc stocks or otc promoting. To post this is just nonsense.
