Of course it is, new flock will get tied up here while the old one will get out with loss, the current ones will leave with tail between their legs in shame that they got fleeced by Dwyer, while at the same time being warned left and right that Dwyer is a lying scum of OTC and his intentions are to rip off investors/shareholders and not build any value.
