Because if you read the 2 earlier 8ks there are other lenders that have notes due in at a later time that really have no bearing on today’s business model. By the time they come due they will write a check and be done with it. It’s immaterial at this point. We are talking 40m in revs 37m in assets. This company year over year has shown that it’s going to make it. The Chinese government is helping too.
Maybe they seen the uncertainty in the shareholder via how the stock was trading or how many emails yvonne was getting the last couple weeks. :) Maybe they threw us a freaking bone..... lol.
