The Company is building a multi-state portfolio of cannabis assets through opportunistic acquisitions, distressed workouts and competitive applications while leveraging the operational expertise of experienced cannabis industry veterans from The Clinic™ and the Company’s retail chain, BEYOND/HELLO™. Furthermore, the Company is funded for acquisitions and capital expenditures announced to date.
Currently, Jushi is in the process of creating a retail footprint of up to 25 retail locations--15 in Pennsylvania, four in California, four in Illinois, one in Virginia and one CBD store in Buffalo, NY. Additionally, Jushi owns, operates or is constructing cultivation centers in Nevada and Virginia, three extraction / processing centers in Nevada, Virginia and Ohio, and has rights to process hemp in New York.
