I don't disagree Lodas, but there's always a "but".

Kind of like the joke where, one broker whispers to another, "I have a great buy!", who then whispers to another the same thing, and pretty soon you have all the elephants racing to buy, buy, BUY!

And then the inverse happens where eventually everyone stampedes to the exit, based on mistruths and half lies.
