Those carry forward losses are a bitch if you can’t use them other than the three grand against in one each year. I’m still working off huge losses on Lucent and Genta In after tax trading accounts from all those years ago!

$270k in capital loss carryovers?!? Wow, I thought I had done badly in my early investing years - knock a zero off and maybe multiply by 1.25 - to me that's a lot of cash thrown down the drain, I would be sick to my stomach forever if I had lost what you have - but obviously we are or were in quite different financial situations, I've never had $270k in my taxable account -yet - AMRN could get it there if things work out.
