Brain Life Foundation website deleted 10-15-2019 four days later 10- 24-19 MILV announces they are receiving the CCA LLC license with University of Pennsylvania.

Last Sec filing for ENIP was 4/5/17, Brain Life Foundation website created 9/4/17

Sure looks like it confirms that CCA LLC partners thought that ENIP was unsalable to be salvaged and took steps to keep moving forward with Brain Life Foundation even though ENIP was DOA when they took over the shell .

Then when the license expired with ENIP they started the transferring of the license to the clean shell, MILV.

What intrigues me is CCA LLC thinks that only 3 million will be needed to for them to advance.
