And how are they doing it now? Taking a percentage of a card transaction isn’t banking. I assume by “banking services” you mean checking and savings accounts, issuing debit cards, accepting deposits, issuing withdrawals, loan services.

I suggest you go here

https://dfi.wa.gov

to see what’s required in the state of Washington to provide “banking services,” specifically as to what’s required for a company to offer checking and savings accounts, debit cards etc. Then ask them if any Costello related businesses meet the requirements.

If Costello is operating legally and there is actually a bank (which there isn't) who cares if there is a neon sign.

Why don't you post proof that Costello owns a weed bank with over $500 million in deposits.

Is the bank registered as a business entity in Florida?

"Florida has dual oversight of the banking system, meaning that financial institutions are regulated by both state and federal agencies. The Division of Financial Institutions conducts periodic risk-based examinations and ensures that each state-chartered financial institution meets state and federal requirements for safety and soundness. The division is organized into a Bureau of Bank Regulation and a Bureau of Credit Union Regulation."

Is the fake Costello bank registered anywhere - of course not.
