XMET board has come alive. It went from grey to pink recently.
Is Mario Pino behind this?
Mario Pino hasn't been heard from, or heard of, in years. As for XMET, it was among a rather large group of Grey stocks that were moved to the Pinks one day:
A few had been moved in the preceding weeks, but they didn't attract much notice.
So I called OTC Markets and asked what was up. They told me they'd been moved so they could trade unsolicited. I pointed out that they were Greys, and so OTC Markets didn't even allow the publication of quotes for them, yet they were now going to allow MMs to publish quotes elsewhere?
There was a little more back and forth. I thanked them--they didn't thank me--and hung up. A couple of hours later, they began to move them back to the Greys.
But for some reason--probably because it was never suspended, XMET is still a Pink No Info stock. That's because it's trading unsolicited. It should at least have an "unsolicited trading" warning. Obviously it should be Grey until it gets a new Form 211.
