So then I guess you are as well suggesting that IF IF IF NSM has any of WMI's old LEGACY stuff they are servicing and WE KNOW THEY DID as they were one of 5 servicers of the 65 bill in DB, that caused the STAY on our cases here, THAT THEY DO NOT NEED to pay for servicing rights or they just get those for free?

DOESN'T a servicer have to PAY for the RIGHTS to service accts to the OWNERS of those assets? Mortgages?

Whatever POOP is doing with the Conversion of KKR shares that is a seperate issue.....If another r/s occurs it is another Poop issue....if the PPS rises it is a Poop issue which is a big issue because the only way for it to rise is to do a r/s......

How old equity will be paid by divi's, DTC disbursements or even the Bonds it is a separate issue from POOP and they have no clue on how that will take place....
