well, thanks at least for being honest with us in telling us why you're here, and what your motivation for posting is, and what YOU'D like to see happen for yourself...

that of being able to "take solace that if the worst case scenario comes about,....... Huff and others would face fome personal accountability"...

you see, coasti, revenge is never a good desire, it's completely ego based and selfish...and you imply Huff and crew actually did something deliberate to make you lose your money...

i think you're in the same boat with quite a few actually, and the amount of time you all spend with your ill wishes and negativities toward GTEM is sad, sad for YOU actually...because it's a lose/lose situation...what a pity...

also...would love to see some of this so called, "preponderance of evidence"....LOL

The standards for proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt are the same for any court case. The burden is on the class-action attorneys to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Globetel is guilty of anything according to the allegations made for which they're bringing them to court, and regardless of what 'evidence' they claim to have in their representation of those allegations.

It is amazing how much is going on, with no published results on any company activity or material events there is a lot of unknowns out there. no wonder we sit on pinks, I would not take a chance on them when they go from PR crazy Eddy style to acting like the federal reserve. It makes a person wonder if they cannot see the company from anyone elses perspective. I would run a company with public/investor perception in mind. what that means, ethical behavior, work hard when handling some one elses money, have a channel for information flow. a forum would be nice, just like SUNW, lets see if they can end up a billion dollar company like them also.
