The reason??
Crime(s) of which convicted and classification(s):
Violation of California Revenue and Taxation Code section 17706 [Willful Failure to File Tax Return With Intent to Evade Taxes], felony, counts, crimes for which there is probable cause to believe involve moral turpitude. (Sec unpublished May 2012 order, in In the Matter of Richard Gardner
Engel, State Bar Court case number 08-C-10968 (stating that failure to file tax return, in violation of Rev. Tax. Code, 19706, as felony involves “probable cause to believe involves moral turpitude”)
So the guy didn't file his 2011 taxes and he got disbarred. Does that mean he's a scandalous lawyer in his work for Data443? How many people have missed paying or filing their taxes before?
I'd be more concerned if it was something related to improperly handling a clients case.
