Found one interesting tid-bit of information related to Spectrum Law Group, APC, Jason' choice of Securities Counsel. Keith A. Rosenbaum, who was "retained as outside corporate counsel for LandStar, Inc. back in September 25, 2018," was convicted on July 02,2019, of a number of felonies. He was also suspended from practicing law in the State of California on August 19, 2019.
