I held OWCP from Sept-Oct 2016 into the 2017 run-up, I know this chart well...

Compare the OWCP Run-up of Jan-March 2017, to the current $HENC situation, also take into consideration the Upgrade to the OTCQX Move and that Holloman has revs of almost $700mil & OWCP had virtually no revenue yet in early 2017...
The OWCP run of 2017 started Jan. 5th @.165 mostly based on speculation...

Notice on OWCP how long the RSI was above 70 & 90 for, & it had ZERO effect on the share price, compare with $HENC...
