The products were never consumer friendly, starting with the Band Aid attachment, and difficulty putting it on. It was a two person operation. I witnessed that at a Trade Show in Miami where a group of Medical people from Spain took a sample to try and asked how do you apply it to your shoulder? One of the group, took his shirt off and opened the box and saw the Band Aids, he looked at his friends and raised his eye brows and said really? HealFast has the same application problems. Consumers are fickle, and don't like complicated devices, simplicity in application is a must for return sales. I suggested years ago to change the color of the waist band belt to black instead of white to capture the attention of the Fitness World especially the Gym crowd. The wraps and braces are essential to sales. IMO changing the color of that belt several years ago, would have combined the Medical aspect along with recovery therapy, and sales and attention would have been realized. We didn't have FDA approval at the time, but we were all over the EU and other countries. IMO because of our sales history, we will not be calling the shots with these so called partners, so the details will be interesting . JMHO Cheers.
