No guarantees on timelines, but based on what we've pieced together, expect to see something about OTCQB uplisting/name change this week:-)

Bottom line: Saean is in complete control, owns most of the shares, is flush with cash, and will execute their NASDAQ plans during this 6 month restriction period.

Once we see OTCQB uplist, things will happen very quickly.

Also, the new name reservation (SAEAN INDUSTRIES, INC.) showing up last week, suggests everything is on schedule, and will be under the EMPM umbrella, which also correlates with what's on their website.

Uplist to OTCQB; Nasdaq in Q2-Q3...($3+)

Name change and new ticker symbol too...followed by news.
