#86113 RE: Offshore_Angler #86111

Bloomberg didn't get the message on FY-end change

Before the reverse merger, LIBE's fiscal year ended on Sept 30, so the first quarter of 2020 would have ended on Dec 31, and the 10-Q for 1Q/20 would be due today.

NGen/LIBE's new owners changed the fiscal year end to Dec 31*, and so the next report will be the FY2019 10-K, which is due on March 31.

Bloomberg needs to update its database.

*From the 3Q/19 10-Q filed on 11/7/19:

The Company has restated the financial information for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018 to reflect the reverse merger of Ngen into the Company and the change of the fiscal year end from September 30 to December 31.
