IBEX is Complete Nonsense! I sure hope that Kelly Whelan, the President CEO CFO and Board Member of BIEL will issue a public announcement of the Whelan Family's ongoing appreciation for the common stockholders. Stockholders that have continued to buy up the shares of BIEL printed by the Whelan Family from their position of control.

Without common shareholders buying stock, which funds IBEX, there would be no BIEL. FACT!!!

Minority shareholders have kept the BIEL lights on and payrolls met!!!!

Kelly "ill-gotten gains" Whelan is simply a very expensive conduit to move investor's money to BIEL.
