LOL. " when " ? has that happen? Nope. I"m not going to worry about

something that has not happen. Lets stick with the fasts. Did they make

mistakes? miss deadlines? Have setbacks? Sure they did but that hardly

qualify as failures. It a failure if they quit and give up.
