Which registration statement has been filed?
The 10q is info from 2008.
And that 15-12g was filed in 2008 to deregister the company with the SEC.
All that info is wrong. Totally deceitful.

There are other more recent filings than 2008 when this stock was used multiple times for fraudulent purposes.
