Believe it or not, I totally understand how you feel. As seasoned investors, we have al been in this situation from time to time! - The real question is; "What to do about it??? "

Note; I seem to remember - a couple weeks ago - you saying you were going to sell out! Maybe that didn't help matters - ya think!

Anyway, it doesn't matter now - water under the bridge.

What matters is your perception of the company and Mgmt !

I believe that Kent and his team is building an amazing company that is going to make a lot of us very, very wealthy, over the long run! - And I think you do too !

Again, I understand how you fee, but - Now it's time to adjust your strategy to the situation and make it work for you!

Damn man, I wish I had 2.6+mil shares. The good news ; at these prices, I can afford to buy more!

I believe in the company and that is my strategy !

A turnaround is imminent - bank on it !

You have a ton of shares wow. I'm looking at possibly buying back in but not much liquid funds at the moment. Seems like an absolute no brainer at this PPS given that the recent takedown has been shorts and not conversions or dilution. Only concern here is the RS talk. Might take me a week or so to get some funds available not planning on selling any of my current positions. Will look at buying back in around 50k which for me is a lot of money but first I'd like to see the RS talk put to rest by Kent. If that happens then buying here is a complete no brainer. Still have some lingering doubts at this point.

Metoo. Am I supposed to believe that the PPS will get to be high enough to uplift without a split as indicated as a real possibility by the dufuss CEO. I do fuss about the overwhelmingly negative PPS action. Was this orchestrated for some reason. It all seems too vague. I do hope my shares go to five bucks without a split but I would be shocked if they did.

I have just about a million more shares than you do. Here's my take on it. Thank-God one of the CEO's of the penny stocks listed on the OTC had the integrity to lay it on the line. We are going to NYSE. Not maybe, not we hope to, we are going. So, get in or move on. Those who are staying will be rewarded. Those who want to leave during this transition period, best of luck to you.
