No idea and not going to speculate as to her reasons.
Not going to start a whole positive / negative thread that only distracts and bottom line will be....anybody’s guess!

Under direct sales she holds ~29 million at the time of that filing. The indirect sales are through mutual funds or similar instruments. She holds a good deal of direct shares but she must have sold out of instruments managed by fund managers. Toucan would be considered indirect. They could have sold.

Doktornolittle, Toucan funds, I believe two of them, were closed during the time frame you are speaking about and all Holdings were liquidated. This included all NWBO shares held within these funds. Linda managed these funds and her name appeared on the legal papers, so that may be why it appears she liquidated her shares. I believe this represents the Toucan funds. Linda owns millions of shares.

Interesting that you brought this up. NWBO slipped to the Pink Sheets for a few days awhile back. Everyone here was saying Les G. did not get the paper work done in time and NWBO, slipped for a few days. This could have been a possible reason NWBO slipped to the Pinks for a few days, so LP could sell some shares. However sells for the most part are not the tell, because everyone needs money. The insider buys are the tell, because the only reason to buy a stock, is because you believe it is going up. At least most of the time insiders believe that. IMO
