Of course there is a chance that, is the whole purpose of the Litigation Trust. As the litigation wins come in, the money will go to the Creditors then to the Common Shareholders, a waterfall effect. The whole purpose of the Litigation Trust is to seek recoveries for Creditors and Common Shareholders. Also remember Mercuria and Mercuria owners own more than 50% of the Common Shares and you can bet they want their money back after they been lied and cheated to. GLTA IMO
