I agree with all that. I can have all the same pluses without the big AS on other Lazar plays.

There are so many Lazar plays. I can’t buy all of them so I look for reasons to cross them off my list.

This does not mean the ones with large share counts can’t or won’t succeed. Hope this one works out for you.

As far as I recall on ANAS, all of the existing debt was wiped out by it being taken on by another entity that was controlled by the same people.

There was more liquidity in the other ticker and they wanted to be able to convert it easier. They did this a couple months after they did a 1 for 150 RS.

The AS was already at 5B and never lowered.
