David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

The 5B A/S already existed on NV SoS. I'm figuring after Lazar gets the chance to look into seeing if there are any existing debts, he will reduce the A/S if all looks good. My concerns with Lazar plays are the O/S and any current debt. If no or little debt (if needs to be settled) and a decent O/S, the A/S with Lazar plays is just a number...He won't max out the 5B A/S unless it is due to having to settle debt. He is currently in the process of doing this with $USRI thru the court. Any creditors must provide proof of debt within 6 months. He will try to negotiate to settle at a lesser amount if possible.
