A stock ticker cannot change anything about A/S once behind on general filings with state and OTC.

I agree 100% on the shorting but with DBMM in the greys the company can’t dilute at this point. That’s why the extra 1.25 billion are still sitting in the AS and have not been dropped by DBMM
