Wow...that sounds pretty normal...like cam is gone with acb and the big drive to build big is pretty much on the back burner....like I'm so glad IVITF is Lean and Mean. The way you put this seems like embellishment on your part.
The company is running raw to be sure but there's no reason it can't grow from here. The company needs to find more buyers for its products. If Acreage Pharms can't sell all the product from Phases 1 & 2 then spending money on Phase 3 wouldn't make sense at this time.
However, the company didn't fail to obtain financing in the last couple of months. They cancelled the financing they thought they might need (so as not to dilute shares). This is extremely positive. They are running on their own money. Also, they have made the payments to ABG (again without diluting shares).
Don't forget we also own half of AB Labs. There's a lot more to Invictus than just AP Phase 3.
People haven't given up smoking weed and more and more dispensaries are displacing the black market as we speak. Invictus will make a comeback.
"Andrew was equally as upset about the current situation and did not have much additional information to add other than what he has been reading in pr's.
He is encouraging investors to send him their concerns to be escalated to management and stated we may receive a reply or not, or just be ignored (the usual)."
