As dumb as this sounds right now, we all knew that the SP was going to get played with while the judge makes her decision. Most were hoping for a settlement or at least a sign from the judge at the end of the trial that would lead to more confidence in Amarin's outcome. She obviously didn't but that doesn't mean that she won't rule in favor of Amarin.
Court cases are never a lock but it seemed pretty obvious that the Amarin attorneys had the upper hand during the trial. I do understand where you are coming from and its always good to be a little nervous regarding an investment. Hopefully the judge rules early in Amarin's favor and then we can look forward to the good stuff. Best of luck to you.
