SIMPLE the 10 day grace period ended as I said YESTERDAY from the time of termination!!!!!!!! NOW I thought longer on it and there is no NEED nor anyone to issue an 8K, but I do believe we will be hearing from one on the entities STILL INVOLVED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And in the form of a PR discussing how they intend for this to move forward!!!!!!
Since yesterday WAS in fact the 10 days grace period having ended, maybe we do hear something nest week and PRIOR to the EARNINGs call so things can be discussed or disclosed at the EARNINGs CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
