I hope its a licensing deal and not a buyout, they were talking about. Big Pharma has some real hitters for negotiating and with the 'family' owning the majority of shares, many at 50% discount (IBEX), I can see them selling the whole thing at a price very profitable for them, but not so for all of us that had to pay full price for our shares.
