"but they certainly didn't plan to fail on the attempt for winter production."

well that makes the drop from .19 to .09 so much easier to stomach!...lmao..

what a relief to know kim didn't PLAN to fail!..because its really hard to tell....so many stupid decisions coupled with such poor communication...its almost hard to believe that drop wasn't planned..

"Everything they said prior to mid December interprets like they fully expected to be able to produce this winter."

yea... to do the wrong thing at the worst time and tell everyone what success you are having...then go silent for a month and admit failure...it just doesn't get any worse than that!..

"I guess bucking the status quo can be viewed as a self inflicted wound."

no...trying to do something that has been proven to be the wrong thing to do and not being honest and open about it is a self inflicted wound..

announcing how great everything is going in several pr's and then going silent for a month is a self inflicted wound...

then having to come out and admit failure but still not being very open and honest about it is a self inflicted wound...

the pps dropping .19 to .09 is a self inflicted wound that also severely wounded all investors..

"I guess bucking the status quo can be viewed as a self inflicted wound."

if you do it as stupidly as kim did, hell yes its a self inflicted wound..

kim has had about 5 accidental discharges where kblb was wounded...how many more before anyone starts wondering "hmmmm...whats really going on here?"

kim may just take kblb out back and deliver the coup de gras straight to the head...

reverse split

KBLB’s self-inflicted wounds.

The first thing that KBLB did wrong was to fail to mention the issue. They surely must have known rearing silkworms in the winter was risky. “We are attempting to grow a generation of silkworms but recognize winter conditions may prove problematic. If so, we will be still be in a position to ramp up production in the early Spring.”

Then they should have waited to PR the bad news until they had some fixes in place. This took 48 hours. Companies are supposed to get out in front of bad news. The first PR in January looked like they were behind bad news.

I suspect these decisions were Thompson’s. He appears to have little sense of how to promote his company, in spite of his other strengths as a ceo.
