He cannot do this.
He might suggest it, and I am sure he has, but as long as defendants are willing to pay attorneys to delay, they will "ride it til the wheels fall off."
I think things are progressing nicely.

I intuit judge richard g. andrews would love to do that, however when he was confirmed, then received commission.. .he swore an oath in front of barack obama 2011 that he would comply & adhere to the code set forth by district court protocols ..and the last thing we want are long drawn out appeals
..each day closer to next court proceeding a settlement is more of a possibility
