Alice..If you could ask the status of this acquistion
Was it leased for the senior Health facility mentioned?

SAN DIEGO -- Cal-Bay International, Inc (OTCBB:CBYI) today announced escrow has been opened for the purchase of a $1.5M former Hospital property in British Columbia, adjacent to the USA/Canadian Border.

The Board of Directors of San Diego based Cal-Bay International, Inc today announced the opening of escrow for the purchase of a former 50 room Hospital property in British Columbia, adjacent to the USA and Canadian Borders.

Cal-Bay President Roger Pawson commented "The property is in excellent condition and a valuable asset to the Cal-Bay Property Portfolio."

Mr. Pawson further added that the Company is in negotiations with an experienced Senior Healthcare Group, that have expressed an interest in an operational partnership venture for the property to be converted to a Senior Healthcare Facility

Also if they are up to speed on year around services at the Utah resort?

The Board of Directors of San Diego based Cal-Bay International, Inc today announced the intention to operate the resort on a year round basis, whereas the resort has currently been open during the summer months for fishing, hiking and bicycling vacations.

Aspen Cove is less than 20 minutes away from the popular Brian head Ski resort and offers other winter sporting activities including Snowmobiling and Ice fishing.

Cal-Bay already has acquired vehicles to accommodate transportation to the Ski resort and is currently in negotiations for contracting snowmobiles to operate from the resort.

Cal-Bay's President commented "this additional revenue will add to the profitability of the company, and further add to the facilities offered to the luxury vacation homes the company plans to start building later this year at the resort".

I might have 1 or 2 more after I look at my notes.

Hey Alice-
How about the Settlement monies owed to CBAY? Its something like $14MM. When is this coming? Ive heard nothing on this, but it was in a filing.

Current annual revenue? Im hearing over $5MM, would like to see it.

Dont be afraid to ask to see the books. It is your right as a shareholder.

Thank you!

I need to get over and see them too. Its just a long drive for me.

Alice, Say my hi to Tim.Ask them whether they can spin out COBS HOMES by taking it public and give us that as stock dividend..It will make shorts cover...Also ask them to talk more about COBS homes in the press releases. It makes revenues..
I am patenting this spin off cobs homes idea right here..No one else can make claims to it:-)
