There has been no dilution and no SS changes whatsoever since June 30 2017.

And...since there is no convertible debt on the books, I expect the 10 billion AS (installed by previous management) will be significantly reduced in the near future.

OS = 2.9B
Held at DTC = 1.2B
Float less than or equal to 1.2B

Note: New Verified TA appeared was installed on the OTC site on 9/25/2019
