2019 10k is not due until March 31st (90 days after their fiscal year), so that’s not preventing them from going current


OTC is just being picky. They probably just need to submit an amended attorney letter

Given that HENC as the shell had essentially zero business activity since the last assets were sold and they suspended SEC filing, I’m guessing there won’t be anything much to report.
