Exactly how does the ASM scheduling work, as required by the SEC? Is the letter of the law specific to the amount of time they are allowed between ASM? I know they have to hold it within 10 days of announcing (or is it, they need to have shareholders 10 days or more in order to plan for it).

Just curious if there is a specific last date that it's required.

And are they able to also file for an extension?

Again, IMO, it feels like they are holding as long as they can to provide an update. It will be interesting since this is the fist ASM since DI has joined the team, and from him initial few weeks/months, it had the appearance that he was actually trying to improve communications. Unfortunately, that's fallen apart. Sure, he will answer the phone if you call. However, he won't provide any insight on milestones.

Why do they insist on being so incredibly silent. It's just really shitty!
