They are using Hart and Hart who are Hollomans attorneys, so I would assume they have their ducks in a row. Seems to be top notched..we will have to wait and see.And yes load in the meantime

I noticed one mistake in their attorney letter. The letter stated that they reviewed the Companies issued and outstanding shares as of ... , June 30, 2020,...

It should read , June 30, 2019,..

I don't know if this needs to be reissued or not.
