Update: I am just getting caught up on the posts of the day ... and I see the below has already been commented on by others.

And from your post & link, I found this Sawston site plan interesting. It shows the Huawei ownership boundary in blue. Which extends quite a bit further south of the Cam River.
I wonder where the location is of the land that NWBO retains on their books (17 acres or so?).
