U r exactly correct. Someone was throwing 107 Mil shares the other day and I asked for link. I think geegge refer me to SEC link which said they have up to 10 Mil shares to take care of fixed notes. But that does not mean they have already diluted that many to bring it to 107 Mil shares. Since I got only one post a day I couldn't challenge that.

We are going to have one more acquisition coming very soon that bring our revenue above $50 to $55 Mil. Then in late Q2 they apply for uplist with 60-90 days time window. Then there would one or two purchase in late Q4. There are a lot actions going on behind the scene.
